AC Consultance supports companies in Luxembourg in organising their operations, running their digital projects and designing their tools. Arnaud Colin works alongside business leaders and teams to understand the work, define priorities and follow delivery.
A career spanning operations and information systems
At Thales, his work covered the logistics and financial tracking of avionics equipment. At ArcelorMittal Distribution Solutions, he contributed to the analysis and improvement of a European warehouse network. At Amazon, he worked on logistics steering and data systems, then led international teams in transport technology.
These experiences share a common thread: linking available data to decisions and operations. Today they are used to design interventions suited to smaller organisations, with their resources and constraints.
Design and hand over
The work begins with an examination of the existing processes and tools. Depending on the need, the engagement may cover a business review, a project to take over, an architecture or a custom application. The handover of access, documents and practices is prepared during delivery.
Distinct activities
AC Consultance carries out consulting and digital support engagements. Petzerhiel operates in property management (syndic) and the administration of real estate. LuxHawk carries out cybersecurity activities and the associated training. Synila software products are presented separately from bespoke services.
