The method

How does an engagement work?

  1. Free exploratory meetingWe discuss your request, the difficulties you face and the people concerned, to check whether our intervention can be useful.
  2. Review of the organisationWith your teams, we reconstruct the situation: processes, tools, data, past decisions and constraints. This work makes it possible to define the problem to be addressed.
  3. Paid written diagnosticThe scope and price of the diagnostic are agreed before it starts. You receive the findings, the priorities and a proposed roadmap, together with a quote for any follow-on work.
  4. Fixed-price interventionThe engagement covers defined deliverables. It may take the form of a two-week intervention or a longer programme, depending on the subject and the dependencies.
  5. Steering meeting every two weeksWe review progress, the decisions to be made, the risks and the next deliveries. Any significant change of scope is subject to an explicit decision.
  6. Handover to your teamsWe hand over the deliverables, access and documentation provided for in the contract. Your teams use them with us to check that they can take over the work.
  7. Optional follow-upMaintenance, hosting or additional interventions can be offered separately, with a defined scope and conditions.
