Adapt the work to the roles
A manager must be able to assess a proposal and decide on an investment. A business lead must be able to describe a rule and check the result. A technical team must be able to take over the code, the tests and the deployments. The exercises are adapted to these responsibilities.
Learn to supervise agents
We work on formulating needs, preparing context, distributing tasks and reviewing results. Participants learn to limit access, monitor costs and stop a loop that no longer produces verifiable progress.
Verify the takeover
At the end of the handover, the people concerned carry out an agreed operation without us doing it for them: producing a review, modifying a function or restoring a test environment. This exercise identifies what remains to be completed. The autonomy expected depends on the skills present and the scope handed over.
