Define the scope
We document the expected uses, the constraints, the interfaces and the acceptance criteria. The first deliveries are chosen to test the key assumptions before extending the project.
Organise the execution
The work plan sets out responsibilities, dependencies, milestones and budget. Steering meetings are used to decide priorities and handle risks. Additional requests are assessed together with their effect on cost and schedule.
Take over a stalled project
We examine the needs, the available deliverables, the code where applicable, the access rights and the commitments made. You receive an assessment of the situation and several options for moving forward, with the conditions for resuming and the known limitations.
Verify and hand over
Acceptance testing relies on use cases agreed with your teams. Go-live includes the rollback arrangements, the operating responsibilities and the documentation provided for in the engagement.
