Build indicators your teams can use

A figure must be understood in the same way by those who produce it and by those who make a decision. We work on definitions, source quality and the presentation of results before automating the dashboard.

Define what is measured

For each indicator, we specify the scope, the calculation, the period, the exclusions and the owner. We distinguish observed results from measures that make it possible to anticipate a difficulty, such as a backlog of ageing cases or a workload exceeding the available capacity.

Check the data

We identify duplicates, reconciliation gaps and missing data. Known limitations remain visible. An estimate or a substitute measure is flagged as such, with its conditions of use.

Deliver a usable tool

You receive an indicator dictionary, a dashboard and the update and control rules. The tool can use your existing software or a dedicated solution where the need justifies it.
